I was wondering what would happen to the Variable Four Access ISA Online issue 1. The rate is being reduced from 5.05 to 4.8 from the 2nd of September. That seems reasonable, they haven't jumped in straight away to drop it after the cut.
The limited access online ISA 3 is dropping as well, again by .25 to 4.1 should anyone have one.

I thought it worth mentioning as no doubt other accounts will be reduced.
Yeah, cheers but nah, I will stick with yes,  thank you and no.

Thank you.

Hi.  Reading this has just reminded me; my husband had an ISA with Coventry that matured in May 24. He transferred it to this 4 access ISA but didn't add any new money.  in June 24 he had funds available and opened a new ISA for this years money -  the Virgin fix at 5.05%. That is still on sale at the moment. Does anyone know if there's any reason the 4 access couldn't  be transferred into that one now [in case he wants to do so.]
    Thanks
  • I did exactly that, except the transfer was to Moneybox 5.16% ISA.

Opened Coventry Four access ISA in May. No new money deposited.
Coventry Fixed ISA matured 31st May
Requested transfer to Four access ISA 01/06
Moneybox requested Coventry to transfer in on 23/07

Perfect thank you.  I believe as long as the issue remains open its a possibility with Virgin so maybe needs doing asap

You have until 30 days after the account is withdrawn, so no urgency with that Virgin account.

You have until 30 days after the account is withdrawn...
Then request for a transfer-in maximum 6 weeks in future... so at least 72 days from today (23/08).
