Flight to Vienna was delayed but Ryanair say "not qualify for compensation"!!

Hi,
Our flight (flight FR693, from Manchester to Vienna on 24-07-2024.) was delayed for more than two hours (oringal Departure time - 17:50 - oringal arrival time - 21:15)
As we were boarding the plane, I received an email from Ryanair confirming that : " delay has now reached two hours past your original scheduled departure time" . As far as I can remebered, we departed around 8:15 pm and arrived around 11 pm (UK time). I could not double check it as a premium account is needed to check historic flights.
When I returned,  I submitted a compensation claim to Ryanair directly and I immediately recevied this message: " The flight selected does not qualify for compensation
You are not entitled to compensation. Under EU261 legislation, only flights which arrive 3 hours after their scheduled arrival time may qualify for compensation. The flight you have selected was not delayed on arrival by more than 3 hours. If you wish to contest our decision, you can take your complaint to your local Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body. For more information on EU261 legislation, please click".
I am a bit confused as the email sent by Ryanair states: "If we reasonably expect your flight to be delayed for two hours or more beyond its scheduled time of departure in the case of flights of 1500km or less (but three hours or more in the case of all intra-EU flights of more than 1,500km and of all other flights operated by us between 1,500km and 3,500km), you are entitled to the relevant rights set out in paragraphs 1 to 3 below."
€250 in respect of all flights of 1,500km or less; or

The distance between Manchester airport and Vienna airport is less than 1500 km.
Am I missing something here?
Do I need to go through a claim compnay instead to fight it for me?
Thanks

    You are confusing two different issues, after 2 hours you are entitled to care, a coffee if you bought and paid for it and have a receipt but your arrival must be more than 3 hours behind the scheduled time of arrival to claim compensation and even you admit it wasn't, so no claim

    From Ryanairs website
    If my flight has been delayed by 2 hours or more. What are my options? – Ryanair Help Centre

    If your flight is expected to be delayed for two hours or more (for flights up to 1,500km) or three hours or more (for intra-EU flights over 1,500km and other flights between 1,500km and 3,500km) you will receive assistance at the airport, including meal coupons.

    Additionally, you may choose among the following options, as applicable:

    1. Take your original flight at its new departure time or;
    2. Request to be rerouted, under comparable transport conditions, to your final destination at the earliest opportunity or at a later date at your convenience, subject to availability of seats or;
    3. Change your flight to new times/dates on the same route for free.
    It then goes on to say

    You may also be entitled to compensation in accordance with the applicable
    Passenger Rights Regulations.

    And following that link gives you:

    1. RIGHT TO COMPENSATION
    If you are involuntarily denied boarding or your flight is cancelled or delayed by three or more hours with respect to the scheduled arrival time (provided no extraordinary circumstances occur), you may be entitled to receive the following amount from us:
     • €250/£220 in respect of all flights of 1,500km or less; or
    • €400/£350 in respect of all intra-EU/UK flights of more than 1,500km, and for all other flights between 1,500km and 3,500km.
    • €600/£520 for all other flights

    So a delay of two hours entitles you to meal coupons, but not compensation
