Moving 4k into Lifetime ISA

I have been paying into a HTB Isa for a few years including 24/25 tax year. I also have a lifetime isa opened in previous tax year that hasn't been paid into in 24/25.
I've already maxed out this year's ISA allowance between my new cash ISA opened in 24/25 and my HTB ISA.
Can I move 4k from one ISA into my Lifetime ISA?

In practice only if you do so using a formal ISA transfer of previous year subscriptions from your HTB ISA. It is in practice because very few ISA providers will allow partial transfers of current year subscriptions, even though the new rules make this a non-issue.
