Issue date was. ?
Plus post a redacted copy of the panicked and rushed defence that was submitted too
Presumably the defendant is the supposed registered keeper. ? Even though the POC talk about the driver, not the keeper. ?1 -
Issue date was 24the June 2024. Yes my husband is the defendant because he was the registered keeper at the time that the fuel was taken and not paid for by the driver who brought the van.. If that makes sense!1

Where is 'Shrewsbury, Kidderminster'? 40 miles apart. POC are rubbish. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Surely theft of fuel is a criminal matter, not one for a civil court?3
