I have set my satnav to avoid all tolls, although I will avoid Bradford anyway.

Depends on the SatNav. Waze for example allows you to exclude clean air zones as part of the tolls avoidance.Iceweasel said:

There are other cities you will need to avoid with similar schemes like Sheffield, Birmingham, Bristol etc.1 -

I did wonder about that, there didn't seem to be any other options, i use Waze
