NOT updating picture

Is there any way to get rid of the little pink box suggesting I may wish to update my Avatar?

I don't want to, but there's no "No thanks" or "X" button on it.

I'm afraid there currently isn't a way to dismiss the message without choosing an image.

If it helps, I have just uploaded a few Symbol avatars for users who do not wish to choose from the People avatars or upload their own image.

Choosing any image will dismiss the message.

If the "unchosen" silhouette symbol was included with the new images, then that could be chosen - which would then dismiss the message?

That solution might cause some issues.

Members may assume that they are choosing to stay on the default avatar, when they are actively choosing to use specifically the Silhouette image.

This would make things very confusing in the future when we change the default avatar and members find they remain on the current Silhouette when they thought they were set to use whatever the default is.

I think the simplest solution for your situation if you really want to keep the Silhouette, might be simply to download this image to your device, and then on the Avatar page choose to upload it.
