Santander motor finance agreement email

Hi,

I have just sent my motor finance agreement email to Santander regarding the hidden discretionary commission probe, but I have not received any automated response to say that they have received my email.

I sent my email to the email address supplied on this site - 'customerrelations@santanderconsumer.co.uk' but I have noticed that the email address on Santanders site is - 'customerservices@santanderconsumer.co.uk'
Should I send my email to the 'customerservices' email address too? or should I wait for a response from my initial email first?

    Mine went to customerrelations@santanderconsumer.co.uk, but did not get a replay.

    4 weeks later got a response from: DCA Queries <DCAQueries@santanderconsumer.co.uk>
    I have Dyslexia which is a learning difficulty that primarily affects the skills involved in accurate and fluent word reading and spelling so some post may not make sense.
