    @LDast all fields are mandatory
Are you allowed to be vague and input:
    Keeper
    real postcode
    email
    fake number
    ...or is that fraudulent?

Why don't you want to give them the information they are asking for?

Incidentally, if you didn't stop, then how can you have had consideration to read their notices.
(Not arguing aainst the recommended steps here, just pointing out how daft the charge demand is.)

@KeithP Im assuming entering all details means you are stating you were driving.
I chose "other" under the reason for appeal.
Should I be using a different option perhaps?

"OTHER" was the correct choice. You are appealing as the registered keeper. You are under no legal obligation to identify who was driving and you decline to do so. You are being truthful.

If you don't want to give your phone number then make one up. You give them your real email address or get a free, disposable one such as Gmail so that you can receive their grovelling appeal reply electronically, smug in the knowledge that not trees were hurt in the process.

'Other' seems like the right choice to me.

Now, why don't you want to give them your name, address and email address?

With phone number, just introduce a one digit typo.

It just says contact telephone number it does not say who they want to contact, put in this number 0208 234 6775 that will confuse them!

Or give them Heathrow Airport's phone number!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Of course you have to give your data to appeal.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Argh! another stupid question please.
I tried entering their postcode but it gives this.

If they posted the PCN is it safe to add my address?

(Sorry for being so new at this!)
