Appliance was bought on an American Express Credit Card.
So OP did you pay via credit card/AO finance?

If you get no joy with AO you can go to the card co for a S75 claim, they will require proof the goods do not conform (i.e have failed before their time due to no fault of your own) which you can get from an independent appliance repair person/company and add the cost of this to your claim with them.ajc269 said:Appliance was bought on an American Express Credit Card.
If AO are happy with something from Pacifica probably best to first send them what you have and see what they say.
If either offer a refund that is reduced for use (which is permitted) worth haggling as both will probably offer the least they think they can get away with.In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0
