Emailed CNBC again and complained via the link above. The CCJ has been set aside.
I’m guessing I now just wait for the mediation phone call / questionnaire?2 -
Just send of you n180 straight away to DQ.cnbc@justice.gov.uk

I received an early copy of the claimants N180. it uses an old template where they specifically ask for mediation. I know this is mandatory now for claims raised after May.
Should I just send off my N180 using latest template as recommended above? In the newbie posts, it recommends waiting until I receive my own copy of the form from CNBC. is there any reason to wait?
for info, MCOL says I haven't been sent a questionnaire yet.1 -
Normally you wait for it to arrive or to be posted out on the MCOL log, but one person said send your own after downloading it, if you did and the CNBC logs it, then all OK
Please edit your thread title to something more suitable like

I haven't done it yet. I have was confused with the different templates / advice in newbies thread aimed at people with claims before May (I now understand why). I just wanted to be 100% I was doing the right thing. I will send later tonight using the latest template. Thanks.1

Apologies for my next probably obvious question, Im just nervous having already being given CCJ by error.
I have accidentally cc'd the wrong email address for the claimant when sending the N180. Do I just resend the email with the correct address? do I need to acknowledge the first email was sent with an incorrect contact?0 -
Just send it to the correct address2

Writing witness statement now. I have found a few examples on this forum which I'm using as guidance. Quite a few of the recommended WS bundles are dates and so I'm no longer available to view. I am currently adapting this recommend one: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6472063/multiple-fcns-from-napier-parking/p7.
Obviously my focus is on the poor signage. Do I include points about POC (points 3-6 in WS from link above)? is this standard or only applicable to certain cases.
Any other guidance or similar examples I should follow, or cases I should / should not reference is much appreciated.0 -

Thank you @Coupon-mad
Part of the argument is the size and obscure shape of the space. taking into account the KERB blocking entry, the end space is 2.2 metres wide, smaller than the all other spaces in the car park. I have read guidance is approx 2.4-2.5m but no published minimal reqs as far as I can see. Is this something I should talk about? is there anything I can reference?
