Yes that sounds ok to me

But the shorter one I mentioned is in the second post in the newbies sticky thread by coupon mad in announcements, its the second link below the following quote , the posts are by Oakley and the reply by KeithP

The CNBC will send you a DQ N180 form, that must be completed & returned to the claimant and the court, explained here:

Yes, there are a couple of new Qs in the tedious N180 form; please DON'T post asking about how to answer them:

    Good afternoon all,

    Update:

After submitting my defence and completing an N180 form, I received several letters from the Legal Collections Team at DCB Legal Ltd. These letters offered to reduce the amount payable, but I chose to ignore them.

The situation has now escalated to a court date, as I've received a Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track (Hearing). The notice outlines some requirements, but they seem a bit unclear. I’m unsure how to proceed or if I need to download and submit additional forms before the court date.

The notice provides links to the following resources:

    • The HMCTS website
    • How to find your local County Court
    • How to find the forms you need for court proceedings

Could some kind soul help me determine what forms I need to download and complete (If any)

What do I need to do now before the court date regarding my defence, I truly feel I am out of my depth with this.

Show us redacted pictures of the court order,  there should be a requirement for both parties to submit WS plus Exhibits to all parties before a deadline,  plus for the claimant to pay a hearing fee with a deadline

Your defence has already been submitted and logged,  its your WS + Exhibits bundle that needs preparing

I doubt that you need to download any official forms

Keep following the 12 steps in the defence template thread
