I wrote using Martins template letter to Citroen in February and again in April but still haven't had any acknowledgement
I understand they won't fully respond but I thought I might have a acknowledgement of my formal complaint

Plenty of people have basically had holding messages or nothing at all as the complaints just sit on a pile regardless. Come the end of the review at some point next year, they will contact anyone who was affected if they are told to. Continuing to contact them won't achieve a different outcome.
