I've been relentlessly trying to find the company that is responsible for the above company. I've written to direct auto service and they replied that no records of myself. It was a P reg Renault Mégane 5 Dr and I cannot remember every detail of when what year I had taken out the credit for the car but I am so sure I am owed from this reclaim so if anyone can help, please asap. Thank you.

No-one is owed anything from this investigation (not reclaim) as no wrongdoing has yet been identified. Just having car finance doesn't mean that you 1) were in a group affected 2) had DCA 3) had it used negatively and then 4) whether they will be told to make payments at all.FITCLUBART said:I've been relentlessly trying to find the company that is responsible for the above company. Do you have any records e.g. in email when you might have taken it out, vehicle registration, old insurance documents etc?Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
