Thank you MSE for advising me on how to haggle with Broadband and tv providers. Just running out of contract for Broadband and phone and was informed that it was being increased from £37 to £51 next month! Checked out your site for better deals and had them ready before making the call. After some serious haggling with Sky, I ended up saving £552 over my next 2yr contract! So a huge thanks to the MSE team.
