Basically Manchester - Milan - Hurghada 3 hour layover £95 Direct £295
Even the timings are a damn site better for going via Milan
Clearly, if something goes wrong with the first leg need to be covered
TIA

My understanding is that EasyJet, in common with other budget carriers, only sell individual point-to-point tickets, rather than multi-leg itineraries, so I don't think you can protect yourself in the way you want if you're flying with them, and would have separate bookings, with luggage needing to be claimed and checked in again in between.
Edit: they do seem to be promoting some sort of pseudo connection service, via a "ConnectSure protection option" and a third party company, but still with baggage collection and re-checkin:

easyJet are a point to point airline and do not sell connecting flights. You would have to book the flights separately, and there'd be no protection in the event of a problem with the first leg.
There are some Online Travel Agents that will sell you this alongside a "guarantee" or "protection" on the connection. Note that any such guarantee is provided by the OTA themselves and you may wish to research those - I wouldn't chance it myself.0 -
easyJet (and most low-cost carriers) sell only single sector flights, so what you're hoping for is not possible with them.
Evolution, not revolution0 -
Thanks for your help

Note you have to select and pay for the ConnectSure protection it's not included by default. However on a quick comparison on the route above, it does seem they sell the easyJet flights at the same price as booking them as singles.
As with other OTA provided Connection Guarantee policies I'd recommend having a good read of the policy and what exactly is included.0 -
