Trace recovery solicitors threats

Hi I hope some of you can help me a wee bit trace recovery are now telling me that they are passing the details on to workflow directs solicitor do I continue to ignore them I have already told workflom I wasn't driving the car am just the regd keeper but all that mob say is trace are dealing with it I am on medication due to stress and depression as it is and these companies are making me so much worse I would report them but not sure who to am In scotland any help will be greatly appreciated and hope this is right bit to put this on sorry if it not
