Stop trying to pay them.
The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.2 -
Trace are just a joke debt collector with no power at all, they don't send anything to their "legal team" you don't have a debt don't let them stress you they are only letters from Muppets.Read the newbies thread, it's all there, what heinous parking violation are they claiming you did?1

Just ignore them. Stop trying to pay a scam.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There is no need for this duplicate thread.
Please read the replies you have already received on the thread you started earlier today.2 -
Just ignore trace
But
Because trace are involved, get out your V5C document and check that it is up to date with your current name and address, or a suitable address where you can pick up mail regularly, especially if you have moved since this happened
If you think that the parking company has an old address, email a Data Rectification Notice to the DPO at the parking company attaching a copy of the current V5C as proof, telling them to ERASE your old address and they MUST use only your current address for the service of papers
Use those words, must & erase
The point is that you do not want letters going to an old address, especially not a court claim, which could end with a default CCJ2 -

this is the third duplicated thread, it isnt needed
for some reason you have failed to read previous advice
why?
I actually do think in certain cases (maybe not this poster) that by starting a new thread people think they will get a different answer from the same question5 -
