Then presumably you know it is not a "fine" - if the Mediator uses words like "penalty", "fine", "offence" suggest you correct them accordingly.

It's also an opportunity to explain that the claim is misconceived and that the particulars contain no evidence in present form to support the points claimed etc.6

Just reading through some info as I fully expect my ‘case’ to end up in court.Regarding compulsory mediation. I dont have a problem with mediation, quite happy to say I give you nothing BUT, I dont have a phone as I am both hearing and speech impaired so cannot take part in a phone call. What happens in this situation.1

Reply to the email about Mediation telling them that. You will not have to attend phone mediation under the circumstances.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
