The parking was paid for each day on the Ringgo app and i have the screenshot for each day including the day in question on the ticket.

Hi @Coupon-mad hope all is well you previously helped on a few of mine over the years.

I'll appeal on the 25th day if i dont have any help from the PALS service in the meantime.

Then the vehicle would never display a physical paper ticket, meaning that Pals should insist that Gemini cancel it 

If the driver complied with the signage and paid in full, then no breach occurred,  capiche. ?

Gemini are an IPC AOS member, so won't cancel it of their own volition, so the dog wags the tail, the trust are the dog and the parking company are the tail

Worth the OP reading the Gemini thread from a few months ago where @troublemaker22 painted them into a corner until they gave up.

If PALS are still unhelpful ask them to make this a formal complaint to CEO.  It is part of their role to facilitate formal complaints where they cannot assist.
