Mistake. Sent return without tracking!!

The OP mentions a reference number.  If this doesn't show delivery on RM's site, it may be worth trying the postal service for the destination country to see if it they show it as delivered on their web site.

Or if it doesn't show on there, parcelsapp.com might do.  (It's always been helpful for me in the past, but I have always had actual tracking numbers.)

So to update, very late, I claimed online to RM as I hadn't received a refund from PP (as I couldn't supply proof of delivery). But RM couldn't prove delivery either.

I didn't expect much, but mid October I was sent an RM cheque for £30.75. Very surprised.

Lesson learnt, but happy with RMs outcome.
