Website not helping to respond cashback problem

I signed up for broadband via this site but did not get the cashback despite Talktalk providing the info required to Giftcloud.
Martin's Money website said they would help and asked me to contact them but didn't respond despite me chasing.
I'm annoyed because I only signed up because I trusted the process on this website and their staff also said they would help but didn't when I tried contacting them via !!!!!! they didn't respod.
Can anyone advise how I get the £50 voucher I am owed please?
I only signed up to this deal because it was via this site and I trust Martin Lewis but now I feel like I have been conned

Cashback sites regularly fail to track for any number of reasons.
MSE do warn people it's not guaranteed.
Tracking problems can occur when using cashback sites. There are times when you'll expect to be paid but won't be.

At the end of 2015, the period contracted in the sale, the contractual relationship was over and Martin could have left (or been asked to leave).
Yet no one wanted that. So in 2016 Martin moved from Editor-in-Chief to a permanent new role as MSE's Executive Chair, overseeing the site, focusing on journalism and content quality, ethics, strategy and creativity. A role he relished and continues to do to this day – still writing lots of content, overseeing the editorial line and playing the leading role in MSE and what it does.
