Email is best, use court finder to find details of any court. You could wait until nearer the WS deadline to see if claimant pays the fee and sends their WS to you.  You will have to contact the court to ask if the fee has been paid. Don't miss your deadline for submission.
  • Thanks, I have checked and so far no fee paid.

Should I post WS here for review and do I need to mask personal data? Thanks again.
  • Just a quick update.

I have received an offer to settle for £60 pounds from DCBLegal. Is this standard now. I am ignoring for the present.

Better off waiting,  even if its complete

Email is preferred,  to both parties,  but keep it under 50 pages in total

Try the court website,  they all have one

Normal just before they discontinue. Please show us the NoD when you get it by email.

No need to contact the court,  unless you need to,  the not paying the court fee means that it can't go ahead

Well done,  and please post a redacted picture of N279 NoD
  • Thanks.

Well, they have until the end of tomorrow to pay.

I have posted a redacted image in the DCB Legal discontinuance thread, Do you want a copy here as well?

Ideally yes, but less redacted,  no personal information but some of the other boxes dont require redacting
