Email is best, use court finder to find details of any court. You could wait until nearer the WS deadline to see if claimant pays the fee and sends their WS to you. You will have to contact the court to ask if the fee has been paid. Don't miss your deadline for submission.1

I have received an offer to settle for £60 pounds from DCBLegal. Is this standard now. I am ignoring for the present.0 -
Better off waiting, even if its complete
Email is preferred, to both parties, but keep it under 50 pages in total

Well finally it is over. I received the NoD by email yesterday, but only saw it this morning. So sent two days before they were due to pay the court fee.
A huge thank you to everyone on this forum for their help, guidance and hand holding.
I will post the masked notice in the DCB thread.

No need to contact the court, unless you need to, the not paying the court fee means that it can't go ahead
