Lost paperwork has been very common over the last few months, no biggie, just do whatever they ask of you, even if its like groundhog day! Until they allow uploads for the defence template and uploads or a page to complete the N180 submission etc then I suspect that it will continue, especially because the system is overloaded, mainly by a few greedy litigation companies1
