Would this be considered my fault:
Essentially after I have complained to PPC, they sent me a popla code and they claimed "Upon review of your request we can see that your POPLA code was not included in your appeal response."
Now 10 days after that email (today) I have my appeal ready, however the code has expired, and I knew to submit appeal before the 28 day mark (as popla code expires then).
Is this my fault for delaying my appeal?1 -
The POPLA code should be valid for 33 days from the original appeal rejection date. However, if they didn't send you the POPLA code with the appeal rejection then you should have received a new POPLA code valid from the date they did send the POPLA code.
What was the original appeal rejection date? On what date did they send you the new POPLA code after you complained?2 -
So the appeal rejection date was 26/07/2024
The email which was sent with the code was 21/08/240 -
So complain that they have not abided by their CoP and should either reissue a POPLA code giving you 28 days to appeal otherwise an official complaint goes in to the BPA. You have the evidence that they did not comply with the CoP by their own admission.3

I am so lost, please advise me?
So PPC have submitted their evidence (POPLA) but in their pack they write throughout (Non-PoFA) NtH.
The letter sent to me is in Post #1
What is a NON Pofa Nth?
I appealed based on that PPC failed to included hire agreement and that I will not name the driver, which they rejected ofc.
Also the landowner agreement is from 2017 and in it shows that it's a rolling contract. Can I comment saying that, how can we prove that the landowner agreement has not been cancelled or amended after 2017 (7 years ago).
What should I comment about this Parking sign (it's very simple), I so far cannot think of anything

Thank You

You have jumped from receiving an expired POPLA code to now going on about the operators POPLA evidence. Have we missed something?
Did you eventually receive a valid POPLA code and, if so, did you submit an appeal? If so, what exactly did you put in that appeal? How long do you have to respond to the operators evidence?
So much context missing it is difficult to assist.2 -
If they admit it's a non-PoFA notice in the evidence then you must win (as long as you never said who was driving).Just comment to POPLA and point this out. Literally one line!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry, I will provide more info.
After giving me a code that had less than 33 days to appeal I made a complaint and they sent out a new code for me to appeal.
I sent my appeal to POPLA, here is the file if you would like to have a read: APPEAL
I have 7 days to respond from Mon 30 Sep.

I just do not understand the significance of writing non-Pofa all over the evidence pack, or am I just confused.
Is really 1 line all i need? I usually comment on everything they put in their evidence pack.0
