Very little likelihood of ECP instigating court proceedings. Litigiously fairly benign. But come back on this thread if they do.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Nothing increases. You aren't paying and defending a court claim is ten times easier than the POPLA appeal process!
