I sent a form of to Alphera (BMW) finance and i received a reply today saying fixed finance was used. It’s a very sketchy email with no figures or paperwork to confirm this. Do i just accept their word? Seems a bit dodgy to me.

Do i just accept their word?Do you have evidence indicating they are wrong?Seems a bit dodgy to me.As is making an allegation of wrongdoing without any evidence.
I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
Basically they are just saying they paid a fixed commission amount to the dealer for the finance agreement. There was no discretionary commission paid out to the dealer to sell you a particular finance product or increase the APR on the loan.
So you were never overcharged for your car finance which is a good thing0
