It's been well over a month and they still haven't replied to my appeal apart from asking me to confirm the driver via a separate email which I ignored, so I am still awaiting the Popla code from them. How long do they have to reply by?0

- What is the practical use or workflow if it is over 14 days?

They have increased the penalty to £170 even though I haven't been sent a Popla code. However is that possible?1

You need to put in an online complaint to Azure. Then when they fob you off, complain about Azure to the BPA (you have to complain to the operator first though).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Assuming Azure Parking continue to ignore my request to provide a Popla code, what are the BPA actually able to do and would I then have to take it to the the courts without being able to actually appeal with Popla?
Would be a shame as I have the Golden Ticket argument which is a guarantee win at Popla.0 -
But your thread title says it's Azure Parking?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The deadlines for handling complaints or appeals are in the BPA CoP.
If you've complained to Azure (have you? Actually raised a complaint?) and they have failed to reply after a month, you know who to complain to now because we already advised.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Coupon-mad
Yes, I sent the blue template on the Newbies board which I assume is considered a valid complaint?
I was in the process of complaining to BPA and then to DVLA, but the question in the BPA mentions to list the exact clause that was breached and after looking at the Popla section on the BPA, I can't see any clause that mentions 30 days for the operator to send the Popla code.0
