Sandisk, Kingston, Lexar, Samsung, Integral are all examples of decent brands.

Class and speed really depends on what you are using it for. Class 10 U1 will do for most, U3 for video or A3 if being used for applications.

What is "rescue pro deluxe", supposedly included with my NEW SanDisk Extreme micro SD card ?

According to https://lc-tech.com/sandisk-rescuepro-and-rescuepro-deluxe/#buy-now - the utility costs £46.66 so I  can't see Sandisk giving this away for free ?
