Faulty Motorhome and dealer gone bust

Hi I could really do with some help here. I have purchased a brand new MH and it broke down on the day of collection. It was towed to a garage and I wrote the dealership a letter of refusal on the grounds that it was not fit for purpose and rejected it. 2 days later the dealership went bust and the vehicle was fixed under warranty. When i got the vehicle back the same thing happened again even though it was fixed (looks like an electrical fault). Where do I stand with this as all i have now is a broken down MH with a very big problem!! Paid with my pension money so no credit agreement in place.
I really could do with some advise here, thanks in advance.

What does "paid with my pension money" mean? Bank transfer? Did you pay anything on credit card, even if it was just the deposit? And what was the full price of the MH?0

Who is the warranty with if dealer has gone bust?Life in the slow lane0

And if it is a break down of the vehicle then surely the vehicle manufacturer dealer network would deal with that ?

Would agree that actual manufacture of the chassis/engine etc would deal with that side. The MH body is a different matter.molerat said:And if it is a break down of the vehicle then surely the vehicle manufacturer dealer network would deal with that ?

By "brand new MH", do you mean a brand new van and brand new conversion?berternie123 said:Hi I could really do with some help here. Or just a new conversion to an old van?
Or just new to you?
What was the nature of the breakdown?
Not all failures are reason to reject, even on a brand new van and brand new conversion.
Was the repair by an insurance backed warranty?
The clarification of the above may be important as it may open more avenues to pursue a remedy.
