Trading 212 ISA

Hi,
I am looking at trading 212 ISA with 5.2%.
I assume this is variable and can be changed at any time?
Assuming they get SONIA rate, this has now dropped from 5.2% to 4.95% as of 01.08
Is it likely that they drop the rate? Dont want to bother in transferring over if so as I have fixed 5% till end of this year...
Any thoughts?
