Notice of transfer to solicitors - Scotland (UKPC ltd, GCTT, ZZPS, QDR)

Hi. I’m trying to get my head around this situation and have read the newbie forum, but I’m a little bit overwhelmed with the volume of information, and possible steps, apologies for asking what might be a pretty repeat question.

I Parked in faraday retail park , Scotland.
According to the online photos uploaded by UKPC my car tyre was a fraction over the white line on the drivers side.

1st Parking charge notice was apparently issued in May notifying me of the charge and offering a reduced cost. I never received this.

2nd letter arrives June saying Final reminder, increasing the cost

I submit an appeal using the reasons and template found here, - also stating that this was the first notification, I quoted signage not clear, signage too high up, etc etc. they also addressed it to me, misspelling my name which then reads as a different name.

The appeal was rejected by UKPC ltd on grounds that the appeal timeframe had passed. Obviously it had passed - I never received the first letter!

I then received 2 more letters, from ZZPS and I did what I probably wasn’t supposed to and contacted them, disputing the charges and stating that I had submitted an appeal. They made note of that. They assured me letters were sent. I stated I never received the first letter and asked for proof it had been send and received. I was informed that the letter is considered delivered 2 days after postage. I challenged this and asked for the legislation around this fact, and Ilas I thought it’s a made up UKPC rule.

GCTT letter then arrived who were demanding £170 before passing to a debit collectors.

Today, I’ve received Notice of transfer to solicitors, before passing to QDR Solicitors Ltd.

I’ve got 7 days to pay.

Any help on what to do next would be appreciated. I really am not able to pay and under a huge amount of stress at the moment so a bit overwhelmed with this.

Thanks in advance

Several exact same threads already answered.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You certainly can with that rubbish

Different if you receive a Letter from the local Sheriff, so always check ( simple procedures system in Scotland. )
