    So start on your witness statement bundle including Exhibits,  dcb legal will probably discontinue near the trial fee payment date,  so the end is in sight

    Thanks . I am starting my witness statement. I am trying to find latest witness statement example .  Can you please point me to any latest witness statement as an example if possible. Thanks

    I have received the discontinuance letter from the DCB legal as others have suggested I will receive before the court date. It says the copy has also been served to the court. I would like to thank each and every member of this great forum for the guidance and support.

    Do I have to confirm with the count court regarding this?
