Yes re-send it and explain in both the form AND in the body of the email that you have had to add an unavailable date due to an appointment on DATE.

Have receive the letter for telephone mediation appointment in November. As per my understanding, I have to attend call and offer zero amount to pay from my side and ask them to close the claim ( have paid ticket  amount  through  pay by phone app and have ebidence as per my defence).

Yes, but you're not asking them to close the claim. You're offering them zero pounds because you have a solid defence and will gladly demonstrate this to a judge at a hearing.

Done mediation yesterday and offered zero pounds, they said they will proceed to the court. I should start preparing my WS now. Thanks

After receiving a mediation call then call from DCB Legal on another day now I received an email from them to settle matter  and pay £100 to them otherwise it will go to court hearing.

Should I ignore it OR offer zero pounds again as done with their phone calls  to settle the case, not sure about this. Thanks.

I have received the dreaded court hearing letter for 30th of may and asking each party to deliver copies of all documents ( inc. any expert` report ) no later than 14 days before hearing.
The original documents shall be brought to the hearing.
