Good afternoon
i live with my dad and pay him rent. He is a legal owner and legal bill payer. Now I received letters from afinity water of missed payments and my credit score went to zero from 999!!

I don’t know how they got my details as i never registered with them. My dad is not using them as provider long time ago. Years back we had a leak and afinity water promised to fix and never did . I am concerned about my credit score because i am planning to move out and now I am not able to due to my credit score! Why I am involved? How they got my details? What can I do?

One cannot change your Domestic Water Supplier so Affinity Water may well be chasing anyone they find living at the property (via whatever means - such as the Electoral Register) for the Charges your Dad has failed to pay since this leak issue some years ago??1
