UKPC ticket for parking incorrectly

A quick update on this, although UKPC refused the initial appeal JLL responded to my complaint email and cancelled the ticket. They were really nice about it actually which was a relief.
Thank you @Coupon-mad and @KeithP your assistance has been invaluable and getting this resolved took a lot of stress away from my parents. Keep up the great work!4 -
