Have you waited until now to ask about a refund from them?
The support page says this about no barcodes:My barcodes aren’t available, and my event isn’t on the list of delayed events
We’d recommend that you try accessing your tickets through both the app and your account on our website. If you still can’t see the barcodes, please try clearing your browser data, or use an alternative browser.
If you’ve tried all of these steps and you’ve still been unable to access your barcodes – and your event doesn’t appear on our list of eTicket/Mobile ticket events – contact Fan Support.
They also state this about refunds:
Can I have a refund or exchange?We can only offer refunds or exchanges if an event has been cancelled or rescheduled.
You would have to ask them about a refund, but they do have a live chat for immediate support rather than just email, so they may just say that you should have tried to use live chat to get immediate support.
