Thames Water website used to show water usage but no longer. Why?

I opted for smart metered usage when asked some years ago. The meter was installed in the pavement outside. For the first few years I could see my water usage (by volume) on the Thames Water website but in recent years that has stopped except for periods that aren't long enough to be useful. If they can show it for some periods why not for all periods that they used to? Couldn't they apply maths to add it up?
