    Hi All,

I didn't hear back from CNBC initially, after advising them of the address change. After following up, I received an email response back that the system has been updated and also this letter in the post, which looked alright to me.

However, 2 days ago (18th Feb) another letter came in, see pictures below. It had another Notice of Transfer of Proceedings and then a General Form of Judgement or Order. I'm not sure why the matter has been transferred again or if I need to take any action.

    Appreciate your advise.

    Many thanks

Must be due to lack of hearing availability at Wakefield.

    Hi,

I received the attached letter at the start of March but was waiting to see if the PPC will file an updated PoC before posting on here. So far I haven't received any further letters on the matter which is great news, I think. Can I take this as the conclusion of the mattter or do I need to take any further steps?

Thank you again for all your help.

Shame it is not an "unless" order but was to be referred back to the judge for further action. You could send an email to the court for the attention of Judge Akers requesting a strike out.

Ah, excellent, missed that despite reading it several times.

    Yeah, I agree.

So having not received an updated Particulars of Claim from the PPC or Court within the timeframe given by the Judge, can I take that as the end of this matter? Or do I need to write the court?

You could contact the hearing court and see if they have any information on the case.

Definitely email the court then show us, because we want that Order (plus confirmed final outcome) for the judgments link.
