Yes at the end I said it's poorly organised - because I've never had this before so didn't know the process. I expected the code on purchase or at least some kind of message on purchase to say when the code would come but neither happened. I think it's a pretty valid point although I've already said that & it seems to have been ignored.Actually with all due respect if you'd read the amazon website and the help pages (and the text on the Checkout screen when you bought the drive) all your questions would have been answered.Its not a state secret, and its not "poorly organised", this has been the case on Amazon for at least the last 2 years...2 -
