Shawbrook Bank Maturing Fixed ISA Options

Just a quick query for those with a Shawbrook Bank Fixed ISA that has matured in the past/recently and who are using the new "improved" online interface.

By way of a quick background, my Fixed ISA matures within 30 days and I noticed on the Shawbrook online interface that I now have a link underneath my account stating "
Explore your options". This tallies with Shawbrook's FAQs about what happens when approaching maturity. However, upon clicking on the link the page I'm met with merely states "Maturity instruction" and then "Coming Soon"...

Originally I had thought I might just be a bit too early to be providing my instructions, but I have now received an email from Shawbrook confirming that I should be able to choose my maturity instruction now (although this email only refers to their old interface...). The webpage still just says "Coming Soon".

My instinct, as I've often found with this new "improved" online interface is that I'm experiencing some sort of glitch. I actually prefer their old interface. It was clunky, but it did work.

In order to address the issue, I have sent Shawbrook a secure message to discuss and provide my maturity instruction manually and am awaiting a reply.

My question was therefore has anyone else experienced this above issue (with the maturity options and "Coming Soon") and if so, how did it resolve itself, or is the glitch limited to my account?

Thanks for your help.

I got the email with maturity instructions late yesterday afternoon. Info when I log in is there but within messages I think. There are lots of options from easy access and 1 yr through to 7 yr fixes.

Thanks for your reply. Yes I too could find the letter within my documents offering various options, however the maturity options link still doesn't work for me, even after providing my instructions via Secure Message. I managed to get round this glitch by using the Secure Message function but it is really rather long winded and Shawbrook Bank really ought to sort out their glitchy new user interface.

I opted for an Easy Access ISA so that I can transfer my ISA elsewhere at maturity. In some ways I regret not fixing for a further 1 year as their (now superseded) ISA Maturity Bond H74 is competitive at 4.96%, when compared to their current Issue 103 (4.68%)...!

Hi, I haven't done anything as yet as I was waiting to see how rates changed before the end of the month so I'm not sure if any link will work for me. Thanks for the warning that it might not. I'll make sure I don't wait til the last couple of days to decide whether  to do the 1 or 2 year fix.
