I've received a response, Rachael will NOT cancel this for me even though I parked up to goto starbucks assuming it was open and it was not.

What do I do next, just received an increased charge of £170!!!

Is the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread advice unclear? No-one has ever said that bit is in any way ambiguous in its very clear message.
