Why do that? We have umpteen dozen threads about the Riverside Retail Park including close ups of the sign saying who runs it.  And reports of who to complain to and PCNs being cancelled.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The entrance totem sign off Koblenz Avenue has the name
and phone number of the managing agents on it...
[click on the image to go to Google Street View]

Savills - 0845 838 7627 - have been known to be helpful in the past.
    That's a 24hr helpdesk telephone number.
Your Streetview power far exceeds mine! I didn't think to look there, I know there are small signs around the carpark though. I give a thousand thank yous, that saves me a journey tomorrow!

The pics on the NTK look like the back of 2 different cars, both leaving...?
The first pic has the front of the OP's blue Skoda car in the background.

Got it, the PPC is saving outlay by trying to cover both lanes with one camera, typical any old rubbish will suffice!
  • OK. What did the managing agents who run the retail park say, when you tried PLAN A?
After speaking to 4 different people/departments with Savilles, apparently no one can offer any help with parking charges. I have 2 mobile numbers for people who look after the site (Rachel and Natalie if anyone has previously spoke to them?) but neither answer and have no mailbox. The contact number on the entrance board apparently doesn't have any dealings with GroupNexus and cant help with any charges so put me through to Savilles head office.

    Savills normally cancel these.

Surely you can hunt those two individuals down (Google) to find their Savills email addresses?

You don't have a 'fine' and Savills will cancel it once you get the local email addresses.

Are you able to provide this to me via DM or their email addresses, also trying to get this solved?
    thank you!

You do 't have a 'fine' and Savills will cancel it once you get the local email addresses.
I don't have the email address, phoned number as per above savilles and also matalan both said can't help

In the meantime should I appeal with the below?

    Re PCN number:

I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.

There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.

If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.

If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.

Do not rush to 'appeal'. You have 28 days.  Appealing too early actually jeopardises the chance of Savills cancelling a PCN.

I won't and I don't want to hijack this thread, but not sure how else to resolve this?
