Anyone had a reply from Kia Finance?

I submitted a complaint using the Kia website but never got any sort of confirmation from them that the claim was made. Has anyone else done this and had a reply?

Some people get acknowledgements. Some don't.     It doesn't really matter as they don't need to start dealing with them until December 2025.
