  • Thank you for replying @stu12345_2 I think the panic and “what ifs” are setting in again! And fuelled by the tesco c card man on the phone telling me he could default me there and then which I turned down?! I shouldnt have rang anyway in hindsight but im now wondering if I should have agreed to that although I had no confidence that he knew what he was talking about tbh! Im just rambling, sorry. I should probably start a diary on here rather than just posting on this thread? 😕
Try and forget about the Tesco credit card man. He wouldn’t be able to default the debt there and then as he told you. I know it’s easier said than done but you have to work in changing your mindset regarding debt.
As Stu said waiting for defaults whilst they add Interest will be counter balanced by the fact you will get discounted offers to settle the debt later on in the process . Yes it feels unnatural to you if you always abided by the rules, I felt the same. You just have to keep going and not to engage with creditors at this stage x
