Reclaiming car finance mis sold

My husband recently passed away and I know that he had car finance a few years ago.  Would I be able to still claim on his behalf?

Following the conclusion of due process (which currently is 2025) any refund due will be paid to the estate.

You can complain if you have the appropriate paperwork yes (should be easier as a wife but the lender may still need proof you are the executer/have probate/insert relevant legal term), but you won't hear anything until after the review. You will likely need the agreement number and details of the finance company to register it but the MSE template makes it fairly easy
