Reclaiming car finance mis sold

My husband recently passed away and I know that he had car finance a few years ago. Would I be able to still claim on his behalf?

You can complain if you have the appropriate paperwork yes (should be easier as a wife but the lender may still need proof you are the executer/have probate/insert relevant legal term), but you won't hear anything until after the review.
