Thanks for your feedback, I've updated the wording:

The Defendant denies parking in MFG BP Binley Woods and has unknowingly set off the entry ANPR camera of the Station forecourt, to gain a better position to reverse onto the public land in the entrance of the Service Station. The public land is regularly used by the public for parking, to access the woodland. The Defendant did not park or leave their vehicle on the private land monitored by the Claimant.

...has unknowingly and unfairly been captured by a badly-positioned ANPR camera at/near the entry of the Station forecourt. This was whilst manoeuvring to reverse park in a space within the adjacent public land which is used by the public to access the woodland. The Defendant did not park or leave their vehicle within the parameters of the private land monitored by the Claimant and they are put to strict proof.
