Hi guys,
I was just looking at my bank statements, and I noticed Shell Broadband are sending me a bill for £50!!!

Then I remembered Martin talk about something to do with Shell over charging people or not telling them when their contract was due etc.

I found this article, but unfortunately I'm dyslexic, I don't seem to take information in well when reading: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/2023/11/shell-energy-broadband-refunds-contract-notice/

r which episode of the Money Show Martin was talking about this?
Hopefully I can better understand if I have a leg to stand on. I could just leave... I should have done... and probably still will.

Thank you 🙏

As stated in the article you've linked to, if you were overcharged you should have been refunded by now and it was most likely a credit on a bill somewhere.
