    Yes. Ignore but read the results when you search the forum for:

    Scotland parking new keeper liability 2025

    In future things will change. You have keeper liability coming.  Start reading signs pedantically and avoiding private car parks wherever possible.  Tell other driving friends and family because new PCNs won't be so easy to ignore in Scotland in a year or so.

    Debt Recovery Plus are just dimwits ignore them there is no debt they can't do anything, and they are not threatening court action your mind played tricks on you as was there intention.
    You are in Scotland what does the newbies thread say about private parking invoices in Scotland?
    As for not receiving any previous communication have you moved? Is the Keepers address current / correct on the V5C

    Read the newbies sticky thread in announcements, ignore debt collectors, especially in Scotland
