they can if you request, normally it's at a community centre they hire out on certain days, but as the advisor is a local advisor and employed full-time with them they can come to you who collect and type in.the info into their laptop
at each visit
they give you a unique number which you use to netcloud screenshots of your paperwork you have on your own mobile, laptop, eg bills, bank statements, into their system at head office Bradford , where Bradford do all the calculations for a solutionChristians Against Poverty solved my debt problem, when all other debt charities failed. today is the big day 1030 am and counting, the 3. hour meeting at home to finally activate a final debt plan.
no more mucking about with either a dmp or token payments. Its the full monty now
I read on their website, they explain and show our final budget, the solution, double check everything, we sign a full client agreement and what that involves.
then they post out the DRO application details for us to sign, then they apply for us electronically at their end in head office.
then we wait for insolvency service outcome.
it's only these 2 small preferential payments we made 5 months ago,,that's worrying, but I learned if they were done before we seeked DRO advice then that should be ok
yesterday I read in the insolvency register those names and why they got a DRRO or BRRO was mainly cos they paid off family huge amounts first or got huge bounce back loans when they should not have or took out huge loans days before they applied for DRO or bankruptcy
but they still got their DRO or bankruptcy!

Once the application gets submitted, unless there are glaring errors of some kind of fraud involved, most DRO`s just get rubber stamped and approved, your two small preferential payments won`t be an issue.

we won't sign until it's rectified.
my wages here's the problem they meant to use 3 months wage slips. to get monthly average
I've been able to show 2 wage slips, as it's new job
one for 4:weeks , and one for 17 days less 5 days lying time, ( started mid month)I'm paid every 4 weeks.
they only used the first partial months wage slip and created a very low average monthly wage for me !!!!!!
as for wife's wages, I am figuring out CAPs mistakes and posting them in the employment forum

I just left an upto date post in the employment section which should explain things and why they went the way they did.
it's mainly cos lack of info and interpretation of that info which created wrong numbers.
more info has been supplied, and a second calculation is being done.
a second calculation would have been done anyway with us, and only when everything is agreed would the dro application be fully submittedChristians Against Poverty solved my debt problem, when all other debt charities failed. Give them a call !! ( You don't have to be a Christian ! )

CAP did say they forward applications that are likely to be approved, but did warm me of rules that could cause rejectionChristians Against Poverty solved my debt problem, when all other debt charities failed. Give them a call !! ( You don't have to be a Christian ! )
