Their prices aren't always that great. There's a lot of it that they're promoting it to people to have their app.One thing I've noticed is that some items aren't always what they seem, so you may see something that has six items in an image and there's only one element of the six being sold. There is some cheap stuff on there but I'd rather shop on Aliexpress for similar products where it's a bit clearer what you're getting and they don't bombard you with emails, vouchers, etc and is generally easier to buy something on..2

I’ve shopped on there, as I have shein. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick delivery, with my local Evri courier. All tracked etc. the quality surpassed my expectations on many things, and genuinely made me LOL on a couple of very small occasions. But the price is undoubtably good for some things. I paid around £1.60 something each for a foot long stick light which I used in my kitchen. It’s held up by magnets, movement activated, and recharged by usb and only needs charging every couple of weeks. Fitted inside each cabinet so they open and lights come on and under each wall unit as you walk by... less than £20. Unbelievable bargain. The only thing that winds me up is the constant spam notifications and emails and texts. That drives me nuts but I deal with it as the bargains are still there to be found.0

I have bought a few bits from Temu, as with everything you need to read the description. I work in a school and have bought a few bits for outside play and they have all been fine.
They give you a refund if your order does not come when it should and I have had an item refunded immediately when it was faulty.
Orders have always arrived quickly.0 -
I bought a steel coffee filter for my aeropress, but it was terrible quality. It simply doesn’t work. It was cheap, but I haven’t bothered with Temu since then.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

Most of which doesnt answer my Q. Is the item as described. Does it arrive. Is it worth the money (mostly rediculously low) ?????????????0

Depends on what you buy.2. I've had one parcel disappeared into the oblivion but was immediately refunded and given an extra £5, they've since changed it to £4 now if parcels go missing.3. Again it depends on what you buy. I bought some silicone lid covers that were absolutely garbage and I ended up binning them. They were like 50p.I like the stuff, some of it is just tat and some of it is really good. I take no notice of the reviews either because people say it's the best thing since sliced bread and yet I buy it and it's just a unfunctioning piece of plastic.I have bought some t-shirts and kitchen items that were fine and have lasted. The t-shirts have washed fine and not shrunk or gone out of shape. The other thing is it's very much like eBay, many different sellers, and you can always find one will have the same item at a cheaper price. You have to spend £15 to get free shipping so just go and have a look, the outlay is small enough not to bankrupt you, . Then if the stuff you received is rubbish donate it to a charity shop and never shop at temu again.0

I buy from Temu. Mostly bits for crafting which are much better than expected & I allow about 2 weeks for delivery.I only use the website, not the app & do not get bombarded with emails/ texts / offers etc.
It’s very similar to stuff that I could buy from Amazon or EBay but cheaper, also I always search for the item & find the best value one on the site as it’s a marketplace & many sellers will sell the same item at wildly differing prices.
Plus, if there is anything wrong, e.g. damaged or bits missing, they will refund the entire cost of the item with no quibble.
I’d ordered some wooden spinning tops for party bags & received 12 instead of the 18 in description. I politely asked for a pro rata refund but they refunded the whole order…
If your item drops in price within a month, they will refund the difference too, as a credit. You have to request it but worth doing & takes seconds…Just click on previous order, request price adjustment & it will automatically advise if any item in the order has dropped in price.
They do some amazing little torches - search cob torch. Ideal for a key ring or bag as it is incredibly bright & rechargeable. Mostly around 80p but identical items can be £3.99 hence the need to rummage for cheaper option 😀 These will be perfect for cracker gifts in refillable eco crackers…
Hope that helps…Lurking in a galaxy far far away...0 -

depending on the seller. Same with TEMU, they are not making the stuff or selling direct. Think of them as Amazon.
It depends on what your buying, if an items painted then it may contain lead way above the legal UK limits. I know some items have been stopped
at customs for that and don't forget your the importer.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...1
